Office Manager

Cindy is a licensed Realtor. With her attention to detail, Cindy handles all the paperwork involved in selling or buying your home. She is available to answer any questions you have and makes sure everyone is informed and updated throughout the complicated process.

Cindy lives in Carlsbad with her husband and has 2 grown children. She enjoys being involved in the community and recently completed Carlsbad first CERT training.. 

Susan Stotler

Loan Officer

Susan has been in the mortgage business for about 23 years.  For the first 5 years of her career, she worked for a mortgage broker/financial network that gave her a solid foundation to strive in the industry.  She then worked for a mortgage banker in Oceanside for about 5 years.  She has been both the Operations Manager and Manager for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. opening the first office in Carlsbad in 1996.  There she gained an extensive knowledge of underwriting, including FHA and VA loans.   She left Countrywide in 2007 to join Bank of America.  When Bank of America acquired Countrywide, she decided there would be more flexibility with programs and pricing working for a Mortgage Broker that has the ability to fund “in house”.  She left Bank of America and joined Pacific Capital Mortgage on September 1, 2008.  She has the ability to shop over 40 different lenders for her clients to ensure they receive the best product and pricing.  Her number one priority is “customer service”.  She cares deeply for my clients’ well being and takes pride in her honesty and integrity.

Susan has been a Carlsbad resident for 22 years.  Two of her three children graduated from Carlsbad High School, and the last one is a sophomore. 

Vicki Hamilton

Vicki Hamilton has lived in North San Diego County since 1980. As a licensed Broker she has worked in both new home developments and re-sales for the past 25 years and during her selling career has closed over 250 homes. This invaluable experience has provided her with the knowledge and skills required to grant each of her homebuyers with a positive and rewarding home buying experience. She takes pride in her commitment and dedication to each and every one of her buyers and is honored to be a part of making their dreams come true.

 

Linda Villa

Linda joined Commonwealth in December 2005, after many years of working in the independent escrow arena. She has 18 years experience as an escrow professional and 2 years as Branch Manager, handling residential, commercial, stock cooperative, 1031 exchange, reverse exchange, REO, RELO, short sale and investment transactions. Linda is a Notary Public and a Licensed Real Estate Agent, and has accrued many hours of continuing education in these areas. She is also an affiliate member of NSDCAR.

Linda is a lifetime resident of North San Diego County, is married, has two children, and has been singing in rock bands for almost 20 years.

Linda likes the challenge of solving problems and successfully closing escrow transactions. She especially enjoys the personal relationships she has built with her clients over the years.

 

Zarina Rahman As the marketing and technology specialist at Keller Williams Carlsbad Market center, Zarina is responsible for the marketing and technology needs of    the office. She decided to join Keller Williams after working in various functions in real estate. With 5 years of real estate experience under her belt,    she is well versed in the life of a real estate transaction, from the time a property is listed to the time it is sold. She is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and    has helped many sell & purchase real estate. As such, she understands the intricacies involved in successfully marketing a home.
